What does it cost to become a vendor?
Nothing. Setup is completely free. We only take 15% commission when you make a sale. No subscription, no listing fees, no hidden charges.
How do payouts work?
You can request a withdrawal once you have ₹500+ in your account. Payments are sent within 5 business days to your bank account or PayPal. No limits on number of withdrawals per month.
Who handles shipping?
You do. We give you the buyer’s address — you pack and ship. Shipping fees go 100% to you. Most vendors use Delhivery, Bluedart, or India Post.
What if a customer returns a product?
Standard 7-day return policy applies. If it’s a quality issue, the cost is split (you bear 70%, we bear 30% as marketplace fee). Most vendors see <3% return rate.
Can I sell prescription lenses too?
Yes. If you’re a certified optician, we’ll verify your credentials and enable the prescription configurator on your product pages. Contact us for the verification process.
How long does approval take?
Vendor accounts are typically approved within 24 hours of signup. Product listings are reviewed within 24–48 hours. Bulk uploads (50+ products) may take 3–5 days.
