How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days for non-prescription, 7–10 days for prescription. Express delivery available in metros (₹199 extra, 2–3 days).
Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll receive an SMS + WhatsApp link with tracking once your order ships. You can also check “My Orders” under your account.
What if the frame doesn’t fit me?
Free exchange within 7 days. We’ll arrange pickup, you swap for any other frame of equal or lesser value. For prescription lenses, exchange terms vary — see Returns Policy.
Do you offer free eye check-ups?
Yes — at all 6 LensOffer experience stores. Walk-in, no appointment, no purchase necessary. Find a store.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap for late 2026.
