How long does delivery take?
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 2–4 days for metro cities and 4–7 days for the rest of India. You’ll receive tracking details via SMS and email.
Can I return my eyewear if I don’t like it?
Yes! We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked return policy on all frames in their original condition. Lenses with prescription power are non-returnable but can be re-made if there’s a power mismatch.
Do you accept Cash on Delivery?
Absolutely. COD is available across India for orders below ₹10,000. A small COD handling fee of ₹49 may apply.
How do I upload my prescription?
You can upload your prescription during checkout (we accept PDF, JPG, PNG), or email it to us at support@lensoffer.in with your order number.
Do you offer free home trial?
Yes — you can pick up to 4 frames for a 5-day home trial. Pay only for what you keep. Available in 30+ cities.
