Refund & Returns Policy

7-day no-questions-asked returns on all non-prescription items. Prescription lenses (made-to-order) can be exchanged within 7 days if the prescription is wrong.

1. Eligibility

You can return any LensOffer product within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • All accessories (case, cleaning cloth, manual) are included
  • The frame and lenses show no signs of damage or scratches

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Prescription lenses (made-to-order — but see exchange below)
  • Contact lenses (hygiene)
  • Used or worn frames
  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Prescription Exchange

If your prescription lenses arrive incorrect (we made an error from your submitted Rx), we’ll remake them free of charge. Just email hello@lensoffer.in with your order number and photos of the prescription slip.

If you entered the prescription wrong, we offer a one-time exchange at 50% off the lens cost.

4. How to Return

  1. WhatsApp us at +91 86000 00024 with your order number
  2. We’ll arrange free pickup from your address (Mon–Sat)
  3. Pack the item in original packaging
  4. Hand it to the courier

5. Refund Timeline

  • Quality check: 2–3 business days after we receive the return
  • Refund issued: 5–7 business days after QC approval
  • Bank settlement: 3–5 business days (varies by bank)
  • Total: 7–14 days from return pickup to refund in your account

6. Refund Method

Refunds go to the original payment method (UPI, card, bank account). For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent to your bank account via NEFT after you share your details.
